Althea Olive Weston was 46 years of age when this photograph was taken. She was performing as “Olive West” and shared top billing with her husband Willard Bowman (1872-1959) in the drama “For Liberty and Love” in New Iberia, Louisiana. They were members of the Peruchi-Beldeni acting company that was touring four southern states, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana. Part 1 of the Althea Olive Weston story begins on page 3.
